BP005334: Human FGF basic Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human FGF basic Protein, (amino acids Pro143-Ser288) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human FGF basic Protein has a predicted MW of 16.5 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FGF basic at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Glypican 1, His tag with the EC50 of 12.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human FGF basic Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human FGF basic Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
